The chances are that you must be taking regular medication to fight against the ever-worrisome Cholesterol. We are not talking about the physical activity involved in fishing(though it is preferred), we focus on the cholesterol-lowering omega-3 fatty acids contained in Fish and Fish oils. It is preferred to have 2-3 times fish in a week.
